From Spain: Blow for Milan as Real Madrid striker gives green light to Bundesliga return

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan may have to cross a name off their wish list of potential strikers as Real Madrid’s Luka Jovic seems set to move elsewhere, a report claims.

Mozzart Sport reported last month how it is no secret that Jović has been a target for Milan before and that his status at Real has long been in question, and with the Rossoneri now keen on recruiting a centre-forward once more it seems things have aligned.

Jovic’s agent Fali Ramadani apparently met with Milan just before Christmas for negotiations with directors Paolo Maldini and Ricky Massara over a six-month loan for the Serbian striker.

However, it seems that Real Madrid prefer the idea of loaning Jovic to other clubs than Milan for the very simple reason that he would not be a starter when Zlatan Ibrahimovic is available.

As TF writes, the striker has said yes to a return to Germany and in particular to Eintracht Frankfurt, the club where he exploded onto the scene.
