From Spain: Latest on future of Man Utd and Real Madrid loan pair as Milan target Spurs defender

By Oliver Fisher -

Some updates have arrived from Spain regarding AC Milan’s plans for the summer transfer window including the future of two loanees.

Spanish sources TDFichajes begins by looking at the future of Brahim Diaz and confirms that the most likely hypothesis at the moment remains the renewal of his loan to Milan from Real Madrid for another season.

The Rossoneri are pushing for an option to buy being included but Real do not want to lose such a talented young player. The feeling, given the excellent relations between the two clubs, is that they will try to indulge the will of Brahim Diaz.

The same source writes how Diogo Dalot’s time with Milan is set to end after one season, as Manchester United are looking for a permanent sale and want more than his €10m valuation, with Napoli now the team who are favourites to land him.

In another article, they claim that Milan have Serge Aurier in mind as Dalot’s relacement. The Ivorian full-back looks set to leave first and at first the player seemed determined to return to Paris, but a bigger role at Milan could take him there.
