Disaster struck for AC Milan as they lost their final Champions League game against Dinamo Zagreb, dropping into the play-offs as a result.
Milan knew that with a win they would finish at least sixth in the table having won five on a spin, but a loss would see them probably drop out of the top eight. Sure enough, a 2-1 defeat in the Croatian capital followed, and now a very tough path forward awaits.
