Gallery: ‘Milan masters’, ‘Pulisic-Leao show’ – Today’s front pages in Italy

AC Milan ensured that they will be in the hat for the Europa League quarter-final draw today with a 3-1 away victory against Slavia Praha last night.

In rather symmetrical fashion to the first leg, a red card for Slavia inside the opening half an hour heavily conditioned the outcome, as did the three first half goals that Milan got through Christian Pulisic, Ruben Loftus-Cheek and Rafael Leao to secure a 7-3 aggregate win.

Below are how the front pages of the Italian papers look this morning.

La Gazzetta dello Sport: “Milan masters. Everyone progresses: 4 Italians in the quarter-finals. Europa League: Three goals in Prague. Now they risk a derby or Liverpool in the draw. Investigation: RedBird negotiating with Saudi Arabians.”

Corriere dello Sport: “In Prague, Milan crush Slavia 3-1: Pulisic, Loftus-Cheek and Leao on target.”

Tuttosport: “Milan beyond their troubles. Pulisic-Leao show. Europa League: 3-1 in Prague. Slavia down to 10 men after 20 minutes: all easy. Maignan, knock to the knee: ‘I am fine’. Furlani on the investigation: ‘The club belongs to RedBird’.”
