Reports: ‘First of many changes’ – Furlani, Tare and Moncada’s time at Milan ‘over’

Rumours about sackings within the management have been regular recently and now, the formalities are on their way at AC Milan.

There have been plenty of suggestions that individuals could be sacked from their roles within the Milan management set-up and today, the first confirmations – albeit not from the club – have arrived from top sources.

Indeed, after months (if not longer) of wishes and weeks of reports, it would appear that changes are going to be made by Gerry Cardinale, Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Massimo Calvelli.

Furlani, Tare Moncada leaving AC Milan

Starting with Furlani, Daniele Longo confirmed on his X account that Furlani will ‘no longer’ be the CEO of the Rossoneri, and it seems that he could even leave this week. A rapid change from the management.

Minutes later, the news was also confirmed by Matteo Moretto, only solidifying what already seemed done.

Fabrizio Romano then tweeted that Igli Tare had been fired from his role at the club, confirming the long-standing suggestions that a full reset was on the cards.

Then, Matteo Moretto reported on his X account that Moncada’s time at the club was ‘done’, with a decision made today. Fabrizio Romano added to the report, stating that he had ‘left the club with immediate effect.

The journalist also stated that it was the ‘first of many changes’. It appears that this will be a busy few days of changes.

  1. Glad these guys are gone. Hope allegri soon follows. Redbird selling the club would be the icing on the cake but that’s not going to happen. Hope hiring the new managers will not be like our recent mercatos, a disaster.

  2. Can’t see Red Bird selling before the new stadium is built and all that new revenue hits the books barring a silly offer from the Gulf

  3. MILAN HARUS REVOLUSI TOTAL DARI PEMILIK CARDINALE,CEO, SCARLONI SAMPAI PELATIH. PERCUMA KALAU PELATIHNYA CONTE,TAPI KALAU CARDINALE,ZLATAN,DLL MASIH DI MILAN. MILAN DAN CONTE AKAN SAMA NASIBNYA SEPERTI ALLEGRI. PEMILIK TIDAK PUNYA AMBISI MEMBELI PEMAIN DARI HASIL UANGNYA SENDIRI,TAPI PEMILIK MEMBELI PEMAIN DARI JUAL-BELI PEMAIN BINTANG. MODRIC,MAIGNAN DAN RABIOT LEBIH BAIK TINGGALKAN MILAN SEKARANG JUGA. PERCUMA MAIN DI CLUB MILAN SEKARANG INI. MILAN SEKARANG INI BUKAN MILAN DI ERANYA SILVIO BERLUSCONI YANG MEMPUNYAI AMBISI CLUB JUARA DUNIA,JUARA LIGA CHAMPION,LIGA SUPER EROPA. MILAN SEKARANG SEPERTI CLUB YANG KELUAR MASUK KE LIGA SERI B. PECAT JUGA CARDINALE DAN BELIAU TIDAK SEORANG PEMIMPIN MILANISTI DAN MILANISMO. SUARA CURVA SUD ADALAH SUARA TUHAN, CARDINALE JUGA HARUS PERGI DARI KEPEMILIKAN MILAN

    1. Pato You’re so stupid, this is how the world of football works these days, clubs have to support their own expenses, not with the owner’s money. Stupid

  4. We do need to understand that by firing all these people, Allegri included, may mean Maignan, Rabiot, Modric will not stay. I see Leao leaving and Pavlovi being sold. Pulisic I do not see him getting sold, I actually see him having an awful WC (I think he is mentally fractured and the pressure has gotten to him) and no one buying him but that’s good for us with him staying. I see a total revolution but I am worried we will get signings wrong again and I’m worried about what coach we bring in

  5. This is what Gerry can do:

    Hire Pep; bring back Maldini

    Fire Ibra and dump Scaroni

Write fats checks $$$$ and stay in American and watch from a distance
