It feels like we have said it every day for the last few weeks, but the situation is still a bit chaotic at Milan. A head coach has been appointed, at least, but it certainly feels a bit backwards to hire one before a technical director/Head of Football.

Nevertheless, Milan are in that situation now and will have to make the best of the situation. As such, Amorim has already started making calls to the players, outlining his project and hoping to convince some of them to remain.
At the same time, Jovan Kirovski’s candidacy is growing for a role in the first-team management, even if it’s just expected to be a temporary one. The coming days should be important in trying to understand what the next steps are.
