AC Milan will start their season this evening, as they will take on Sampdoria away from home. Of course, they will be looking to build on the splendid 2020/21 season they had, finishing in second place.
During his press conference last night, which you can read in full here, Stefano Pioli made it clear that this is the strongest Rossoneri side he has coached. Hopefully, that will result in some good performances this season.
They may not be the favourites to win the Scudetto, but the dream certainly isn’t far-fetched. Gazzetta Dello Sport wrote the following on their front page today: “Milan dream. Pioli launches the Scudetto race.”.
