GdS: AC Milan reject Barcelona suggestion; talks continue for Todibo operation

After yesterday’s performance, it’s even clearer that AC Milan need reinforcement at the back, having allowed several dangerous chances for Sampdoria which, frankly, perhaps should’ve cost them the game.

Jean-Clair Todibo, currently at Barcelona, remains the Rossoneri’s first choice on the transfer market. They have already obtained the player’s consent, and negotiations continue with the Catalan side to close the operation.

As reported by today’s edition of Gazzetta Dello Sport (via MilanNews.it), the obstacle in the talks remains the formula, as the parties are yet to agree on the right one. However, the feeling is that it won’t be a roadblock for the operation in the end.

The Rossoneri have rejected Barcelona’s first suggestion, which was a dry loan, per the report. In other words, we will have to wait a little bit longer until we can see the Frenchman in the red and black shirt (hopefully not too long).
