Pietro Pellegri is expected to complete his return to Serie A tomorrow, as he will undergo the medical tests for AC Milan. The youngster will be the 8th signing of the summer and the expectations are somewhat high.
According to today’s edition of Gazzetta Dello Sport, as cited by MilanNews, Milan will pay €500K to Monaco for the one-year loan. The option to buy is set at €6m and it could turn into an obligation if certain conditions are met.
There is an additional €1m in bonuses that will be triggered as soon as Pellegri reached 10 goals for the club. Finally, Monaco will be entitled to 15% on a future resale, so overall it’s a very good deal for the Rossoneri.
Pellegri will undergo his medical for the club tomorrow morning and he should sign the contract later in the evening. Hopefully, he will regain the form that earned him the move to France in the first place.
