Tonight’s clash between AC Milan and Napoli will be a tactical battle between two titans, namely Massimiliano Allegri and Antonio Conte, and Gazzetta dello Sport has highlighted some of the expected moves.

It has been a positive start to the season for Milan with nine points in four games, all collected in the last three games. For Napoli, however, it has been even better with the maximum tally and that makes tonight’s game between the two teams even more interesting.

Gazzetta dello Sport described it as a ‘spectacle’ this morning and one can only agree. Curva Sud will also be back in action, as has been confirmed by the ultras themselves, and that should make for an electric atmosphere.

As added by the pink newspaper (see photo below), we can expect to see some tactical moves by the two managers this evening. For Allegri, it will be a case of exploiting the two flanks through smart movement by Santiago Gimenez and Christian Pulisic in the centre.

That should also open up space for Adrien Rabiot to make forward runs, which has proved to be very useful so far. For Conte, he wants his team to attack mainly on the right with Matteo Politano, who in turn will have to find Rasmus Hojlund in the box or Scott McTominay at the far post.
