GdS: Atalanta join Milan, Juventus and Atletico Madrid in race for Rodrigo De Paul

By Oliver Fisher -

Atalanta have become the latest team to join the race for Udinese playmaker Rodrigo De Paul, according to a report.

A number of different sources have reported that the Rossoneri are interested in landing De Paul. Calciomercato.com’s Daniele Longo claimed earlier in the month that Maldini has been talking with representatives of De Paul in recent days over a possible move, while MilanNews confirmed that the interest is concrete despite the high asking price.

According to the latest from La Gazzetta dello Sport (via Calciomercato.com), Juventus, Inter, Milan, Napoli and Atletico Madrid are all keen on the 26-year-old, who can play either as a central midfielder, a No.10 or even as a winger.

After yet another season of fantastic performances, the Argentine is expected to finally leave Udinese, and now Atalanta are also dreaming of a big signing to celebrate another season of Champions League football coming their way.
