Fode Ballo-Toure could well begin a new adventure in Germany with Werder Bremen pushing to sign the defender, a report claims.
This morning’s edition of La Gazzetta dello Sport (seen below) writes that Ballo-Touré ‘is close to joining Werder Bremen’ as the player has given his approval to the idea of moving to the Bundesliga side.
He closed the door to Fulham because of concerns over his role in the team and his playing time while Werder have clearly given more guarantees, and the clubs are talking to each other to try and agree a fee.
Werder Bremen made a verbal offer to Milan and now it must become official and more importantly it must be for around €3-4m.
At that point, the Rossoneri management could accelerate for the new deputy to Theo Hernandez whomever that might be, given the need to sign a replacement in that particular position.

He didn’t. He has a good speed but can’t cross correctly to save his life. He has few good highlights but is not a reliable deputy.

He isn’t the worst LB in the history of the game. That would be Mesbah lol. But Ballo-Toure offers little if anything as a LB. Defensively alright. But beyond that nothing.
