GdS: A crucial week – Milan’s plan for Nasti with Cremonese swirling

Marco Nasti is a player gaining a lot of interest during this summer’s mercato, and a report has claimed that AC Milan could have an idea in mind.

The current crop of young attacking talent in the Rossoneri’s ranks is staggering. As a result, it means that some players could be moved on before they get a chance, due to the levels of other players, and this could be the case for Marco Nasti.

Last season, the striker scored seven goals in Serie B, whilst also assisting twice, and this summer there has been plenty of interest in the youngster’s signature, and there is not a lot of interest from Milan in keeping the player.

At 20 years old, Nasti has shown glimpses of the player he could grow to be, but there is no space for him in the senior team, and Francesco Camarda is the heavily preferred option at the youth level, meaning an exit in some capacity is expected.

Today, a report from Gazzetta dello Sport (via Milan News) has suggested that the upcoming week could be crucial for his future, given ‘news and breakthroughs’ could arrive. Nasti is a target of Cremonese, and they are ‘one of the teams most likely’ to bring in the striker.

The report continues, stating that a sale is probable, and the Rossoneri will add a percentage clause to the sale as insurance of his future.
