Brahim Diaz was the big hero for AC Milan against Monza despite leaving the pitch injured after 53 minutes. In the first half, he bagged a lovely brace and the Rossoneri are hoping that the injury isn’t serious.
The Spaniard received a knock to his left buttock and was eventually forced to leave the pitch. Stefano Pioli said after the game that it doesn’t look like anything serious, which is good, but he could still miss the Dinamo Zagreb game.
As stated by Gazzetta Dello Sport (via MilanNews), given that the game is just three days away, he might not back it from start. It depends on how troubling the muscle contraction is, but it would be a blow to not have him available given his form.
On the other hand, it will be a chance for Charles De Ketelaere to bounce back from what was a disappointing display against Monza. He needs a goal or even an assist for his confidence, which is currently at rock bottom by the looks of it.
