GdS: €100m Milan trio ‘approaching the end’ of their time with the Rossoneri

By Oliver Fisher -

Lucas Paquetà, Suso and Krzysztof Piatek are approaching the end of their careers at AC Milan, according to a report.

It was claimed by MilanLive.it that the aforementioned trio – all unused substitutes – were instructed by Pioli to go out and train in front of a virtually empty San Siro after Sunday’s 3-2 win over Udinese.

A crowd of over 60,000 at San Siro were treated to quite a spectacle in Sunday’s matinee as the Rossoneri came from behind to win, with Ante Rebic being the unlikely hero as he netted twice including a 93rd minute winner.

The report added that the €100m trio (between actual and potential value) are on the market having seemingly found themselves on the fringes of the club’s plans.

According to the latest from La Gazzetta dello Sport – as cited by MilanNews.it – the three players mentioned are ‘approaching the end’ of their time with the Rossoneri.

Our mercato expert Vito Angele told us earlier on Monday that there have been no acceptable offers for Suso, Paqueta or Piatek but that Valencia are interested in the Spanish winger.
