GdS: Five-year deal and €22m fee – Milan close in on signing of Club Brugge winger

AC Milan appear to be edging closer to securing a signing for the attack as they have agreed terms with Club Brugge winger Noa Lang, a report claims.

According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, agent Bart Baving and Jeffrey Lang (Noa’s father) met the Rossoneri management at Casa Milan and discussed a potential transfer to Milan, having already met back in February.

Lang has every intention of moving to Milan, and an economic agreement with the player has already been found on the basis of a five-year deal, while the €22m asking price from Club Brugge has not put Paolo Maldini and Ricky Massara off to the extent that with a small discount it is likely that the deal can be closed.

Lang was offered the role of central attacking midfielder behind the striker, with Brahim Diaz having struggled in the second half of the season, but the 22-year-old Dutchman can play in all three positions in the trident.

It is precisely there that Milan most need to strengthen, and they seem willing to make an investment on another talent that needs some polishing.
