Theo Hernandez and Mike Maignan didn’t train with the rest of France’s national team yesterday and will not feature against Germany on Tuesday, a report claims. However, AC Milan fans don’t need to be worried.
When the news first broke about the duo missing the training session, Milan fans were understandably worried as the derby against Inter is up next. Fortunately, the duo will be available for the big game after avoiding injuries.
As reported by Gazzetta Dello Sport (via MilanNews), Maignan had routine therapy in the gym while Hernandez rested after receiving a slight knock against Ireland. They will thus miss the friendly game against Germany on Tuesday.
However, as the newspaper concludes, it’s a friendly and it’s possible that the duo wouldn’t have featured anyway. They will stay with the national team and will not return to Milanello, which is another confirmation of the fact that it’s nothing serious.
