GdS: Ibrahimovic and the future with Milan – between Serie A and Sweden

By Isak Möller -

Zlatan Ibrahimovic is back in Italy, ready to start the season once again after training with Hammarby in Sweden. However, his future with AC Milan is yet to be decided, as the contract expires this summer.

As Gazzetta Dello Sport reports (via MilanNews.it), although there have been rumours about it lately, it’s not certain that the 38-year-old will end his career in Sweden. In fact, even if he were to leave Milan, he could stay in Italy.

Parting ways with the Rossoneri remains the most likely hypothesis, and although the appeal of Hammarby and his home in Stockholm is important, it isn’t the only solution. Should any Serie A clubs try to sign him, then Ibrahimovic would consider it.

The clubs interested would have excellent chances of being taken into consideration, as the newspaper describes it. For now, though, the striker is focused on finishing the season and giving his all for the red and black colours.
