AC Milan and Inter are still waiting for the Derby della Madonnina to be written into the calendar officially. However, it may be possible to work out when the game will take place.
Unlike many European calendars, the Italian fixture list is confirmed, at least date-wise, in a periodic basis. Whilst this allows for greater freedom, it can also be a hindrance, as planning for games can be slightly delayed.

Right now, the Milanese clubs are experiencing this, with the date for the derby not set. Given the game is set for next weekend, this is indeed a bit strange.

Nevertheless, Gazzetta dello Sport journalist, Andrea Ramazzotti, has reported that the game ‘will’ take place on Sunday, March 8, as MilanNews reports.
“Confirmation should arrive before the weekend, and this is certainly more than enough time to prepare. For Massimiliano Allegri, though, the focus will be on this weekend’s huge game against Cremonese.”
