GdS: Juventus and Milan targeting Morata loan but wages represent an issue

Both Juventus and AC Milan are very keen on engineering a loan move for Spanish striker Alvaro Morata but his wages make things tough, a report claims.

As has been reported by La Gazzetta dello Sport (via Milan News), both the Rossoneri and the Bianconeri are serious about bringing Morata back to Serie A.

The fact that he is set to sign a contract extension with Atletico Madrid should not put them off given it actually opens up a greater possibility of a loan deal, something Juventus and Milan would prefer.

The issue is that he could require a salary of €6.5 million which, even with the growth decree potentially helping, is a big outlay for both teams.

Juventus may have an advantage over Milan as they could offer Dusan Vlahovic to be a part of the deal with Atletico in some way, which would presumably be more attractive for the La Liga side.
