There has been a lot of speculation linking AC Milan with a move for Daichi Kamada, but he is apparently only seen as an alternative target by the management.
According to La Gazzetta dello Sport (as seen below), Milan are soon set to meet Real Madrid and Brahim Diaz’s agents to discuss a possible permanent deal but Champions League football and €22m are needed to even stand a chance.
There is no shortage of alternatives if an agreement cannot be reached though, and Kamada is the one that has been talked about the most. He plays in the same role and he characteristics that are not too dissimilar, but he is three years older and scores more.
In the current Bundesliga season he has nine goals (Brahim is on six in Serie A) while in the Champions League he netted three times (Brahim one). Above all, Japan international costs less as he would be a free transfer and his salary would not be much higher if at all.

If you buy a Milan sport kit, i have them for 140€ in the offical store the, majority of that cash goes to Puma not Milan.. Milan gets a few % of that money..

Thats my AC Milan always think all player will wait for them like in the past. Repeat last summer story waiting for renato sanchez till last mercato and skip enzo fernandez now waiting for Brahim and let kamada waiting, why not sign both kamada & Brahim ? You can sell kamada later if flop .

If we still have Diaz as a starter next season, I expect Maldini’s resignation. We also need to replace Giroud as our main striker, and not with garbage like Origi or Firmino. Plus sign a decent RW finally FFS. I bet even our Primavera has better players than Messias.
Kamada MUST be bought. Aside from age/quality/cost/ability to adapt to our high press system, there is another reason :
