GdS: Krunic could miss Verona game – the two options to replace him

By Oliver Fisher -

Rade Krunic may have already played his final game of the 2022-23 season as he is not in the best condition and could miss tomorrow night’s game against Hellas Verona.

According to what La Gazzetta dello Sport (via MilanNews) are reporting, Krunic is in doubt for tomorrow’s match against Verona at San Siro, which will be the final game of a rollercoaster campaign for the Rossoneri.

The Bosnian midfielder is not in the best condition physically and could therefore be left out. Tommaso Pobega and Aster Vranckx are the two main candidates to replace him at present, according to the paper.

More should be known after Stefano Pioli’s pre-match press conference which will take place at 14:00 CEST as he usually provides an update on the situation of various injured players.

The other known absences will be Ismael Bennacer and Zlatan Ibrahimovic, who are out with knee and calf problems respectively.

  1. Well I think Pioli should play the kids if Inter wins vs Torino. Otherwise if Inter loses and we can leapfrog them then let the big guns out.
