GdS: Maldini and Massara have made a decision regarding their futures at Milan

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan directors Paolo Maldini and Ricky Massara have made up their minds regarding their future at the club, according to a report.

Zvonimir Boban’s sacking as Chief Football Officer was made official over the weekend on the back of a revealing interview which he gave to La Gazzetta dello Sport, during which he criticised CEO Ivan Gazidis for contacting Ralf Rangnick without consulting the management.

Today’s edition of La Gazzetta dello Sport (via MilanNews) reports this morning that, although both were absent yesterday at San Siro for Milan-Genoa, Paolo Maldini and Frederic Massara will remain in office until the end of the season.

However then even they will leave the club and follow Boban out of the exit door, confirming that the Rossoneri are heading towards yet another revolution off the field this summer.

The turmoil didn’t appear to help the team either, as they were beaten 2-1 by a relegation-battling Genoa side.
