GdS: Man Utd open to letting full-back leave on loan – Milan initiate talks

In addition to signing a few new players this summer, Milan also want to keep some of the loanees they had this past season, such as Brahim Diaz. Diogo Dalot is another one, currently set to return to Man Utd.

According to today’s edition of Gazzetta Dello Sport (via MilanNews), after some initial doubt, Man Utd are now willing to send Dalot out on loan again. And as a result of this, Milan have initiated contacts to discuss the future of the full-back.

The two clubs will have to agree on the right formula and price tag, as the Rossoneri most likely want to include a buy-out clause in the deal. As long as the demands of the English side aren’t too high, then the chances of Dalot staying are good.

However, as the newspaper points out, patience will be needed and it’s not certain that an agreement will be reached quickly in this negotiation.
