According to Carlo Laudisa of Gazzetta Dello Sport, the meeting was very positive and it seems an agreement can be reached very soon. The negotiations are on the basis of a loan with an option to buy and could be closed in the ‘next 24 hours’.

As has become very clear lately, Milan are very fond of that formula and if they can secure this signing, then the management deserves some praise. But a lot can happen on the market.
