AC Milan have seemingly set their sights on Roma star Nicolo Zaniolo to reinforce the right-wing ahead of next season. In order to get the player, however, they might have to sacrifice one of their own.
Paolo Maldini and Ricky Massara, who are evaluating the situation, have no intention of satisfying Roma’s €65m demand. Instead, as was reported by Gazzetta Dello Sport this morning (via SempreMilan), they intend to include a technical counterpart.
It was first suggested that Alexis Saelemaekers could be the one to unlock the negotiations. However, Roma immediately said no to Milan’s proposal and that’s why the Rossoneri could consider offering Ante Rebic instead.
Maldini and Massara want the deal to be at around €25m plus the player, which is quite different from Roma’s stance. The next few days will be decisive to understand if a deal can be made, and which player would be included if so.
Not Zaniolo. Go for CdK!

I really don’t know what MMM sees in Zaniolo, but…
1. He is insanely injuryprone for a 40Mil player, let alone 60.
2. His scored goals are PURELY by luck. Zaniolo scores MOSTLY when a chance is by some random bullshit tussle infront of goalie gets the ball to him and he just puts it in. That isn’t a sign of a good winger.
3. He can’t beat Saelesmaker nor messias in a 100m sprint.
4. AGAIN.. INJURY PRONE.
Why are we playing Roma’s game? I don’t know. Rebic in RW is far more effective that Zaniolo. Yes Zaniolo is really good at pressing and defensive phase, but is that really what we are looking into a freaking RW?
if we have 50 mil to spend on a RW, why not go for Antony?

Have you really watched him play? He can outrun both of them, he was the 3rd fastest winger 2 seasons ago, you literally have no idea what are you talking about. I don’t think you even seen him play more than once, because what you wrote really is nonsense. Except the part that he is injury prone but he played 42 matches this season for Roma in all competitions and scored 8 goals + 9 assists. What you people keep repeating is like Ibrahimović did not have the same injury at United and Galaxy at over 30 years old, came back without problem.
I did watch him play. I watch most of the serie A matches. So I do have good ideas about who plays what.

And no, Zaniolo can’t outrun EITHER of them. Both of them are faster than Zaniolo and both are slow AF. Pace was NEVER zaniolo’s strength. His strengths are dribbling and being in the right place at the right time. I know another player with the same attributes in Milan… Brahim diaz.. but unfortunately, Diaz isn’t strong as Zaniolo.
I am not saying Zaniolo is a bad player AT ALL. He is good at what he does best. But 65Mil? He isn’t worth half of that. For that money, we can DEFINITELY get better players. That’s all I am saying
Zaniolo are just decoy . Maldini already have another target outside there. There is no way AC Milan Will pay 65m euro for ACL injury player or offer swap deal + cash ante rebic to Roma . Rebic are very useful on Pioli high press system’ while zaniolo cannot press and bad at defensive phase
