GdS: Milan keen on Norwich star linked with Barcelona and €20m Bayern Munich move

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan are still looking for an upgrade in the right-back position and have set their sights on Max Aarons of Norwich, a report claims.

Milan went into the closed season with the right-back position seemingly their biggest weakness, after Davide Calabria and Andrea Conti both failed to offer assurances due to a combination of injuries, suspensions and general poor form.

Calabria’s impressive displays in preseason and in the first two competitive games have cooled rumours about a move for a new right-back, but now they have resurfaced.

According to La Gazzetta dello Sport (via MilanNews), Milan’s priority is to reinforce the defence and a new name has appeared in Max Aarons of Norwich.

Barcelona have also been linked with a move for the 20-year-old Englishman, who is regarding as one of the best defensive prospects in the English football league at present.

Sky have reported that Bayern Munich are also keen and are willing to offer €20m.
