On Sunday evening, AC Milan will face Atalanta in the penultimate round of this Serie A season. It’s a crucial game for the Rossoneri in the Scudetto race and Stefano Pioli has thus opted for consistency.
As was highlighted by Gazzetta Dello Sport this morning (see photo below), the manager has decided to make no changes to the pre-match preparation. In other words, he will treat it just like any other game this season.
A wise decision one could argue, given that Milan have won their last three games. On Sunday, therefore, the team will start with an obligatory breakfast at 9:30, followed by lunch at 12:00. One hour later, rest is scheduled until the tactical meeting at 14:30.
The team will then make the trip from the hotel (Radisson Blu) to San Siro at 15:15 but before that, there will be snack time for the team. The game, of course, is scheduled at 18:00 and it should be a great atmosphere at the sold-out San Siro.
