GdS: The Milan stars whose shirts have sold the best this summer – revealed

The new AC Milan shirts have been flying off of the shelves over the summer with fans desperate to represent the Rossoneri in whatever way they can, but there is a clear winner when it comes to the most popular name to have on the back.

As revealed by La Gazzetta dello Sport (via Milan News), Rafael Leao is keeping his place as the most popular player at the club among the fans.

The Portuguese forward has seen 56.1% of the shirts bought that have names on them feature his name. This is much more than the player in second place, which is Theo Hernandez with 16.3%.

Olivier Giroud is only slightly behind his fellow Frenchman, with 13.4%.

The next best highest players on the list are all below the 5% mark and they include Mike Maignan, Fikayo Tomori, Davide Calabria, Ismael Bennacer, and Rade Krunic. Malick Thiaw features on the list with 0.4% of the sales.

  1. I think Pulisic’ shirt will be high up there too, once the Americans start buying. Last season used to be Tonali’s shirt that was highest selling, right?
