AC Milan will not be hit instantly on the accounts for the signing of Sandro Tonali from Brescia, according to a report.

After an intense last few days of negotiations, several major sources reported on Sunday night that Tonali to Milan is now a done deal, with the Rossoneri having found an agreement with both the player and his club.

According to Tuesday’s edition of La Gazzetta dello Sport (via MilanNews), the operation that will see Tonali join his boyhood club will cost €35million in total.

The Rossoneri will pay €10million for the loan and at the end of the season they will be able to exercise their option to buy at €15m, to which another €10m bonuses will be added.

The bonuses will be linked to this season but also to the next few seasons, and in case of early resale then Brescia will receive 15% of the proceeds.

As for the loan, the €10m euros will be spread over two years. In 2020, therefore, Milan will only have to budget €5million for Tonali (one year of loan).
