Ahead of tomorrow’s clash, AC Milan and Napoli are evaluating the respective starting XI amid the many key injuries. The Partenopei, in fact, will most likely be without their captain Lorenzo Insigne.
Having said that, the Rossoneri have their fair share of injuries as well as they will be without Ante Rebic and Rafael Leao. Two starters on the left that certainly would have made a difference for the team.
Napoli will have Mario Rui, Stanislav Lobotka and Piotr Zielinski back at their disposal tomorrow, just as Olivier Giroud will be back for Milan. However, Kalidou Koulibaly, Fabian Ruiz and Victor Osimhen are certain to miss out, per Gazzetta Dello Sport (via MilanNews).
Insigne is also a big question mark as he’s yet to start training with the rest of the team again. The next training sessions will be decisive but the feeling is that the captain will miss out on the game. A boost for Milan, in other words.
