Milan have been attempting to offload two of their four left back players this summer and Laxalt is the hottest commodity thus far. The club has an agreement with Atalanta over a loan but Marseille want to purchase the player.
According to Nicolo Schira of Gazzetta dello Sport, Marseille are offering Laxalt a two million Euro per year salary. The player has asked Milan for more time to reflect on the offer from Atalanta as he is not sure on the move yet.
Yesterday Di Marzio reported that Milan and Atalanta have agreed on a loan with option to by at eleven million Euros. The option would turn into an obligation after undisclosed conditions are met. The Uruguayan defender is expected to accept this offer but Marseille can sway him the other direction.
