AC Milan have Hugo Ekitike at the top of their list for the striker role but they have a few alternative plans in mind too, according to a report.
This morning’s edition of La Gazzetta dello Sport (seen below) writes how the Rossoneri are looking for a striker in these last few days of the summer transfer window and Ekitike is the name on pole, especially given the fact that the PSG man wants to join.
At the moment, the real plan B is Luka Jovic of Fiorentina. Vincenzo Italiano omitted him from the squad for the UEFA Conference League to make him understand that he is outside the plans.
Therefore, the centre-forward – who scored 13 goals in 50 games last season for La Viola – will find a new club before the window is shut.
The possibility of a cheap deal interests Milan, while for the Serbian the idea of playing Champions League football and working alongside Olivier Giroud obviously appeals.
I ❤️ silly season 😂😂😂
You want Milan to fail. We all know that already.
Once more, go somewhere with your nonsense you troll. You’re not worth my time. Go and respond to yourself and make separate posts when people ignore you and vent there. Hahaha 😂😂
Move along …
If it was up to you, we’d be playing in the Serie B with players like De Sciglio.
So far I’m not crazy about any of the players we have been linked to for our CF position… I hope Moncada’s scouting comes through with a gem.
Taremi… eh. Jovic…. naaaaa. Lu got shot down. The other Iranian going to Roma. Ekitike I just don’t know enough about. Hopefully Moncada is approving of his potential.
Taremi is probably the best one and his contract expires in a year, so he will leave for less now. Or for free later.
As I said about Jovic, something seriously is wrong there. I don’t know the story. Fiorentina want him gone after just one season, even after 13 goals and 6 assists.
I dont know where you get your data about Luka Jovic..
But last season his tally is nowhere near to 13 goals and 6 assists.
He scored 6 goals and had 3 assists from 31 matches in Serie A, and 1 goal in Coppa.

Why exactly did we sign Okafor? I thought he was Plan B.
Exactly, i thought Okafor should have been the back up. Waste of money. They just sign whats avaliable.
Ya it seems Okafor is a luxury we didn’t need considering Pulisic can also play LW to spell Leao and one of Pulisic or Chuk will be sitting the bench in a 4-3-3. We could have used that Okafor $$ and combined it with the $$ we are allocating for a striker together – that would/could have netted us a player like Wahi (35M) who is still young but much more ready than Ekitike or a player like Jovic who has been a bust and locker room problem by all accounts since he flopped at Real Madrid. Taremi IF Porto lowers their demands to a more reasonable fee (15M) would seem to be the better option and Borja looks to be off the market.
Not wise waiting this long in transfer window and until all our $$ dried up to start a striker search. Slim pickings it would seem are left
He’s a versatile player that can play on all wings. And they want to send Colombo out.
To be prepared for Leao’s exit next year?
🙂
with all strikers we been link at i really like Armando Broja or iranian guy from porto but his old for what we looking for in striker for the future ,Hugo Ekitike is waste of time if we get him , Armando Broja is the man
Broja just got back from a major ACL injury.
i didn’t know that but if he is healthy i prefer him over all players we been link at , the iranian striker is the better player but his in his 30 i don’t think milan management looking to invest seriously on him , Armando Broja is not bad if we can get him on loan with option to buy ,
