GdS: Pioli’s choices show Krunic is heading for January exit

AC Milan will once again line up without Rade Krunic and it seems to be an indication regarding what the future holds, according to a report.

As La Gazzetta dello Sport (via PianetaMilan) reports, the Rossoneri face Monza today in the league after the defeat against Atalanta and the victory against Newcastle. Rade Krunic did not see the pitch in either game, not even as a substitution.

He was a starter against Udinese and Lecce but played very few minutes in the last Champions League matches, and he has never left since the match against Frosinone. Could this be a prelude to a possible farewell in the next transfer window?

The paper talks about Pioli’s choices for the game against Monza, with a small paragraph on Krunic’s situation. The transfer window has also rewritten the midfield hierarchies, and Krunic should leave for Fenerbahçe in January.

Milan expect at least €8-10m from his possible sale. That will form part of the budget that will be used to strengthen the defence in the winter.
