GdS: Pioli’s biggest strength at Milan is obvious – he gets along with everyone

Since his arrival in October of 2019, Stefano Pioli has enjoyed great success with AC Milan but a trophy is still missing. That could change this season, though, currently in the lead with just eight games remaining.

In addition to the Scudetto race, Milan are also still in the Coppa Italia and will face Inter in the second leg of the semi-final next month. The first game ended 0-0 and the Rossoneri will have the away goal advantage for the second leg (1-1 would be enough).

Gazzetta Dello Sport, on their website, published a piece about the work of Pioli since he arrived at the club. It’s been a great journey so far and the manager’s biggest strength is the fact that he gets along with everyone. It has been a big part of Milan’s success, communication that is.

He talks with Theo about the pregnancy of his partner, he finds ways to interact with the otherwise withdrawn Rebic, and he seems to have a key to getting along with everyone. Whether it’s talking to an experienced player like Ibrahimovic or a young man, he knows what strings to play.
