GdS: Probable XIs for Roma vs. Milan – five changes expected from Torino win

AC Milan head coach Stefano Pioli is set to name five changes to his starting line-up to face Roma compared to the team that beat Torino on Tuesday night.

This morning’s edition of La Gazzetta dello Sport (via MilanNews) projects that two XIs for the game at the Stadio Olimpico and reports that Milan should have Ciprian Tatarusanu in goal protected by a back four of Davide Calabria, Simon Kjaer, Fikayo Tomori and Theo Hernandez, with Romagnoli and Kalulu dropping back to the bench.

The double pivot should be Sandro Tonali and Ismael Bennacer, with an attack composed of Alexis Saelemaekers on the right, Brahim Diaz down the middle and Rafael Leao on the left behind the striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic.

Probable Roma XI (4-2-3-1): Rui Patricio; Karsdorp, Mancini, Ibanez, Vina; Cristante, Veretout; Zaniolo, Pellegrini, Mkhitaryan; Abraham.

Probable Milan XI (4-2-3-1): Tatarusanu; Calabria, Kjaer, Tomori, Theo Hernandez; Tonali, Bennacer; Saelemaekers, Brahim Diaz, Leao; Ibrahimovic.
