AC Milan head coach Stefano Pioli is set to make some significant changes to the starting line-up that lost to Inter for tonight’s game against Torino.
According to this morning’s edition of La Gazzetta dello Sport (as seen below), Pioli is set to slightly tweak the 3-5-2 formation that he used against the Nerazzurri last weekend and move to a 3-4-3 system.
Ciprian Tatarusanu will be in goal with Malick Thiaw coming in for Matteo Gabbia in a three-man defence which will also features Simon Kjaer and Pierre Kalulu. Alexis Saelemaekers and Theo Hernandez should be the right and left wing-backs, with captain Davide Calabria therefore dropping to the bench.
Rade Krunic and Sandro Tonali will be the midfield double pivot with Ismael Bennacer still injured, and the front three should see Brahim Diaz come in accompanied by Rafael Leao on the other flank and Olivier Giroud up front.
Probable Milan XI (3-4-3): Tatarusanu; Thiaw, Kjaer, Kalulu; Saelemaekers, Tonali, Krunic, Theo Hernandez; Diaz, Giroud, Leao.
Probable Torino XI (3-4-2-1): Milinkovic-Savic; Djidji, Schuurs, Buongiorno; Aina, Adopo, Linetty, Vojvoda; Miranchuk, Vlasic; Sanabria.
My opinion
Dest / Sale
Vranicx / Tonali
Adli / Krunic
Anyone from the people at the stadium / Tata
And give advantage to CDK instead of Diaz
The good news is that Calabria is benched, finally!
