GdS: Probable XIs for Milan vs. Udinese – Musah and Leao out wide in 4-4-2

AC Milan boss Stefano Pioli is ready to change things up tactically and use two strikers against Udinese at San Siro tonight, according to a report.

This morning’s edition of La Gazzetta dello Sport (seen below) has published predicted line-ups for the match tonight, and Milan are expected to use a 4-4-2 system which has Luka Jovic alongside Olivier Giroud leading the line.

The midfield four from right to left is down as Yunus Musah, Rade Krunic, Tijjani Reijnders and Rafael Leao, with the American and the Portuguese duo acting as the wide players.

Mike Maignan will be in goal, with a back four of Davide Calabria, Malick Thiaw, Fikayo Tomori and Theo Hernandez in front of him.

Udinese meanwhile are expected to field a 3-5-2 but joint-top scorer Lorenzo Lucca is not expected to start. Lazar Samardzic is though, and he will aim to supply Roberto Pereyra and Isaac Success as the front two.

Probable Milan XI (4-4-2): Maignan; Calabria, Thiaw, Tomori, Hernandez; Musah, Krunic, Reijnders, Leao; Jovic, Giroud.

Probable Udinese XI (3-5-2): Silvestri; Kabasele, Bijol, Perez; Ebosele, Samardzic, Walace, Payero, Zemura; Pereyra, Success.
