GdS: Royal Antwerp reach agreement in principle with Milan over Ballo-Toure

Fode Ballo-Toure has attracted the interest of several clubs this summer but his transfer is yet to materialise. Royal Antwerp are the latest side to be linked with the left-back and they have an agreement with AC Milan, a report claims.

Ballo-Toure has been on the market since the start of the summer and while quite a few clubs have expressed an interest, he’s still at Milan. He’s not training with the rest of the squad and his exit still appears to be just a matter of time.

According to today’s edition of Gazzetta Dello Sport (see photo below), the Senegalese international rejected Fulham and Werder Bremen never reached an agreement with Milan. Royal Antwerp have thus joined the race and they have already an agreement in principle with the Rossoneri.

The Belgian side, who could participate in the Champions League this season (just one play-off game left), are hoping to convince Ballo-Toure as well. It remains to be seen if they will be successful in their quest.
