GdS: Sevilla reject Milan’s offer for Mir – the player still pushes for the move

Sevilla have rejected AC Milan’s offer for Rafa Mir because they do not have enough time to try and find a replacement for him, a report claims.

According to is being reported by Luca Bianchin of La Gazzetta dello Sport reports, Sevilla have said no to Milan’s proposal for Mir which was an initial loan deal that included an option to buy for next summer.

The reason is quite simple: the impossibility of finding a replacement for their attacking department in the final hours of the transfer window.

The player, meanwhile, wants Milan and is pushing for a transfer to the Rossoneri. The discussions are still open but the possibilities diminish more and more with each passing minute.

A reminder that the summer mercato officially closes at 20:00 CEST, which means that at the time of publishing this there is just under two and a half hours left for Milan to try and get a centre-forward in.

  1. Guys, After the Colombo Deal is done, i think that we reintegrate origi.
Taremi wouldve been nice but it was a good choice to dont bring him in After the unprofessional behaviour.
Origi for me is not as Bad as Rafa Mir from a sportive Point of view. But After missing the preseason and Push him out of the team, it will be not easy to bring him Back to the team…

    1. It will be akin to saying to him: look, we don’t like you, we wanted you out, but now we don’t have a solution, so you’ll have to be reintegrated.

    2. If we qualify for top 16 in the UCL with Giroud, Origi and Okafor then I think they should bring 1 clinical striker in January. No need to buy any other bench warmer.
