Theo Hernandez played a full 90 minutes for France last night against Germany, showing that his calf is back to 100% after an injury scare.
La Gazzetta dello Sport write that Didier Deschamps was not going to start Theo in the game between France and Germany in Dortmund (final score 2-1 for the Germans), but he changed his mind and deployed him from the start.
This swept away any residual doubts about the condition of his calf in view of the derby after he suffered a knock on Thursday against Ireland, which was enough to make him miss a couple of training sessions.
