GdS: Tonali edging closer to move as Milan submit €38m offer to Brescia – the details

By Isak Möller -

Milan are insisting on signing Sandro Tonali, who is destined to leave Brescia this summer as they were relegated to Serie B. With Paolo Maldini in the front line, the Rossoneri are now getting closer, a report claims.

As reported by today’s edition of Gazzetta Dello Sport (via MilanNews.it), the technical director has already received the ‘ok’ from the midfielder, who has never hidden his love for the club. Contacts with Brescia are intensifying and optimism is growing.

The deal could be closed as early as mid-week, seeing as Milan have slightly improved their offer: €10m for the paid loan and another €28m (including €3m of easy bonuses to reach) for the buy-out option.

This is an offer that should satisfy Brescia’s owner, Massimo Cellino. As mentioned, the operation hasn’t been closed yet but the conditions are there, also because the go-ahead has arrived from the Milan owners Elliott Management.
