Sandro Tonali has virtually been an AC Milan player for some time now, but the official announcement is expected soon as the Rossoneri look to complete a deal worth almost 35 million euros (between loan fees, the option to buy and bonuses).
As reported by Gazzetta dello Sport, Tonali will arrive in Milano tonight and tomorrow he will be able to undergo medical examinations at the La Madonnina clinic before signing a five-year contract worth 2 million euros per season plus bonuses.
Due to a series of medical checks, Tonali missed the commitments with the national team in the Nations League and had to delay his medical with Milan. However, from tomorrow onwards he will be able to begin his preparation and look to achieve top fitness level as soon as possible.
As we informed earlier today, citing Gazzetta dello Sport, it will be a race against time for the player to make it for the Europa League match against Shamrock Rovers and thus it is more likely that the player will make his debut with the club in the Serie A opener against Bologna.
