GdS: Two players that could replace Donnarumma at Milan – first choice is clear

By Isak Möller -

Milan are preparing themselves for what could be an enjoyable but also very tough summer, as they are closing in on a return to Champions League. Furthermore, there are some key renewals to deal with.

Gigio Donnarumma still hasn’t signed a renewal and the same goes for Hakan Calhanoglu, although the former situation is more worrying. Mino Raiola is hard to deal with and Milan are right to start looking elsewhere to be fully prepared for all scenarios.

According to Gazzetta Dello Sport (via MilanNews), the Rossoneri have an additional two names on their radar, should they fail to sign their first choice Mike Maignan from Lille. They are Juan Musso (Udinese) and Pierluigi Gollini (Atalanta).

In other words, Milan have several options for the future although it’s clear that they don’t want to lose Donnarumma for free. Hopefully, a solution can be reached as soon as possible to avoid unnecessary abuse from the media.
