Paulo Fonseca has sent a message to Yacine Adli, Pierre Kalulu and Tommaso Pobega ahead of Milan-Torino tonight, excluding them from the matchday squad. As a report highlights, all three of them are exit-bound.
Milan will kick off their season tonight against Torino, with kick-off scheduled for 20:45 CEST, and it should be an exciting one underneath the floodlights at San Siro. Not all of the players will be part of the game, though, as highlighted by a report.
Indeed, according to Gazzetta dello Sport this morning (see photo below), Fonseca has left out Adli, Kalulu and Pobega from the squad as they are on the market. They are not part of Milan’s plan for this season and should thus leave before the window closes.
There is simply no space in the squad for Adli and Kalulu due to the squad regulations, while Pobega can be included as a homegrown player. The problem for the Italian, however, is that he’s at the bottom of the pecking order and thus won’t get any playing time.
Kalulu’s move to Juventus is still possible despite Atalanta’s interest, while Adli is expected to consider offers from abroad. Pobega has suitors in Serie A and there could be movement in the coming days.
Pobega loan, but who would be 8 registered Italian players,?
Kalulu is gamble sale player, because he might become again star in this season.
And Adli, is lowest quality player in this new squad.
Are they thinking of the rules about home grown players???? Keep Pobega for Christ’s sake.
If we get Chiesa we won’t need him plus he’s deadweight as of now
a) we don’t have Chiesa
b) it’s unlikely we’ll sign Chiesa
c) Chiesa will take an ‘Italian trained’ slot, whereas Pobega takes a ‘Milan trained’ spot, those are different (4 of each)
I think even Fonseca said Milan is finished with buying after Fofana.

Calabria,gabbia,toriani,zeroli,liberali,teracciano,sportiello,florenzi,camarda,bartesaghi ,they all have signed proffesional contracts and can be added to 1st squad easy, also players does not have to be italians,they just need to be grown through academy ,we dont need pobega at all
As i see it ,we are lack 1 player from other academy in italy (we have florenzi,sportielo and teraciano)
Many of those players you are mentioning are below the age of 22 so they wont count towards the home trained or italian trained quota so you are simply not correct in your estimates Misko.
Adli should be loaned to Cremonesse or something, where can get minutes all season long. The league needs to see what he’s capable of, and then offers should come next season. I don’t think he’s at the level we are looking for, but he certainly could fit nicely in a mid-to-bottom serie a team.
IMO, I feel Pobega should be sold, no sentiment whether he is Italian or not.
Adli and Kalulu can be loaned out for this season to see how they will perform. they both have potentials.

Pobega shouldn’t be anywhere near Milan. He is like Krunic, mediocre at best
Well Krunic was our 2nd best midfielder in our SCUDETTO winning season behind Kessie and ahead of Tonali and Bennacer.
Our midfield collapsed when he was frozen out last season.
I bet you love players who dribble constantly and try tricks.
I assume if they seel Pobega they will have to register less players and rely more on under 23s for depth if there are injuries.
Think I’d hang on to him unless Fonseca really has no confidence in him.

The disdain for Pobega i.e. one of our youth players is palpable.
Let’s overlook all of the screw ups last season by Musah, Adli, Reijnders, or other blow ins, but when it comes to our own DISDAIN.
And whatever excitement there is about the new youth players that will soon turn to DISDAIN because people on here will always prefer some new signing.
Personally I’ve always liked Pobega and even if he isn’t of much use for Fonseca he is definitely needed for our homegrown quota,
Perhaps a hint that we’ll probably get Chiesa due to him being an Italian, but selling Pobega is something I don’t think is possible
Kalulu deserves to be treated better than this, he helped us win the secudetto if it wasn’t for the injuries probably would’ve have been still a starter.
