AC Milan are beginning to grow frustrated with Barcelona and Jean-Clair Todibo as negotiations continue, according to a report.
We reported via our mercato expert Vito Angele earlier on Tuesday that the Rossoneri have reached an economic agreement with the player on the basis of around €1m per year, which could rise if some objectives are achieved.
However, the two clubs are yet to reach an agreement on the operation, as Barcelona would like to include a buy-back clause in the deal, which is something Milan aren’t willing to do.
According to La Gazzetta dello Sport’s Nicolo Schira, the Milan hierarchy are ‘becoming impatient’ regarding their attempts to sign Todibo as they are still missing both the definitive green light from the player and an agreement with the LaLiga side.
Schira confirms that Maldini wants to insert an option to buy in the deal without the option of a buy-back in Barcelona’s favour.
#calciomercato
