AC Milan will be up against Roma tomorrow evening and as per the latest reports, Massimiliano Allegri is expected to make three changes to the starting eleven.
Milan wanted to bounce back with a win against Atalanta, following the draw against Pisa, but only managed one point once again. As such, tomorrow’s clash against Roma is very important for the Rossoneri as they want to get back to winning ways.

Rafael Leao has recovered from the game, disposing of the hip problem he felt against Atalanta, but Santiago Gimenez and Fikayo Tomori are both set to miss out. Ardon Jashari has returned to group training but he won’t be called up.
Loftus-Cheek and Nkunku to start
According to Gazzetta dello Sport, all of the changes but one will thus be forced. Koni De Winter is set to replace the injured Tomori at the back, while Christopher Nkunku is set to team up with Leao for the first time in attack.
In midfield, Ruben Loftus-Cheek is set for a starting spot after impressing against Atalanta and that should be at the expense of Samuele Ricci. If Allegri decides that Leao isn’t fully fit to start, however, then Ricci will start in midfield and Loftus-Cheek further up the pitch.
Predicted Milan XI (3-5-2): Maignan; De Winter, Gabbia, Pavlovic; Saelemaekers, Loftus-Cheek, Modric, Fofana, Bartesaghi; Nkunku, Leao.
Predicted Roma XI (3-4-2-1): Svilar; Hermoso, Mancini, Ndicka; Celik, El Aynaoui, Kone, Wesley; Cristante, Soule; Dybala.
Whats wrong with ricci?
We have a lot of work to do on the transfer market. RLC and fofana has no business in this team. We need more dynamic players for the midfield. Ricci may take modric’s position next year, leaving jashari and rabiot. I hope we get efficient players sooner than later

RLC and Fofana have no business being in the team? Despite both playing much better than Ricci? And in the next breath you say Ricci may replace Modric? Ricci? Ricci? Allegri has not used him until injuries to Rabiot and RLC forced the change.
RLC was probably MOTM against Atalanta. And Cremonese. Ricci has been average. He was supposed to be the great savior but I think reality has set in for this forum. Good player? Yes, but nowhere near Modric…totally different galaxy…and certainly not a better player than RLC or Fofana. Maybe in the future, but from what we’ve seen so far? Did you see the Lecce game? Ricci started and was mediocre. Fofana came on for him and it was a clear upgrade.
Ricci was merely adequate. Didn’t add much to the team. What worries me is I watched Atalanta today and they were crap. All the games I’ve seen with them they were below average. Now, Roma has been constitently strong in the games I’ve watched. I think trying to win a game against Rome 1-0 will be tough.
I think you guys who complain about lack of Ricci forget that it took over a season for Tonali to start playing well and he still was heavily rotated in the double pivot we played. Ricci is a long term investment.
Ricci has performed quite well, even though he has been played out of position because Modric wanted the deep-lying midfield role. Modric has been superb – except for the Atalanta game, where he looked very tired. it is a pity that he wasn’t rested, with Ricci taking over. it would have been good to j have seen Ricci in his best position.
