GdS: Probable XIs for Napoli vs. Milan – Diaz and Krunic from start

By Isak Möller -

AC Milan will take on Napoli away from home tonight and Stefano Pioli has seemingly decided the starting XI that he will field. There will be five changes from the Udinese defeat, a report claims.

The manager will switch back to the 4-2-3-1 formation for this clash and as a result, he will also make quite a lot of changes. Pierre Kalulu is injured and he will be replaced by Simon Kjaer, as reported by Gazzetta Dello Sport (see photo below).

Davide Calabria will start on the right and Theo Hernandez will be back on the left after overcoming the flu. Further up the pitch, Rade Krunic is expected to get the chance as the No.10 after scoring a brace for Bosnia during the international break.

As for Napoli, Giovanni Simeone will replace the injured Victor Osimhen, who is racing against the clock to be available for both the UCL clashes against Milan.

Probable Milan XI (4-2-3-1): Maignan; Calabria, Kjaer, Tomori, Theo Hernandez; Tonali, Bennacer; Diaz, Krunic, Leao; Giroud.

Probable Napoli XI (4-3-3): Meret; Di Lorenzo, Kim, Rrahmani, Mario Rui; Anguissa, Lobotka, Zielinski; Politano, Simeone, Kvaratskhelia.
