GdS: Probable XIs for Napoli vs. Milan – Pioli expected to make four changes

By Isak Möller -

The big day has arrived for AC Milan and Napoli as they will face each other tonight, with first place up for grabs. Stefano Pioli is expected to make some changes to the XI after the midweek cup clash against Inter.

Speaking of the Nerazzurri, they are currently one point ahead of both Milan and Napoli thanks to their win against Salernitana. A draw would be decent for both the Rossoneri and the Partenopei but it’s clear that both want to win.

According to Gazzetta Dello Sport (see photo below), Pioli will make four changes to the XI we saw against Inter. The obvious ones are Pierre Kalulu and Sandro Tonali, since Alessio Romagnoli is injured and the midfielder is back from suspension.

Davide Calabria will get his right-back spot back after some rest last time out, while Junior Messias has won the battle against Alexis Saelemaekers further up the pitch. It should be noted that Zlatan Ibrahimovic will be back on the bench for this one.
