HUGE WIN! It wasn’t pretty, it wasn’t fantastic football, but Milan got the job done thanks to second-half goals from Nkunku and Athekame. Really good work at the end to basically waste all of the additional time.
The Rossoneri are now in third place, ahead of Roma thanks to the H2H advantage, and Juventus are the ones currently missing out on the Champions League.
Milan have batled really well here to keep the ball by the corner flag.
Ten minutes added on. Mainly due to the break shortly after Milan’s first goal.
Vasquez somehow finds the back of the net after a scrappy situation in the box, with De Winter and Gabbia both failing to get it rid.

A little bit of a break in play as a coin was thrown towards the assistant referee, and there seems to be some flares too from the home fans. Really strange as Genoa had just got a free-kick in a good position.

Granted that Milan improved every so slightly towards the end, this was yet another first half well below the Rossoneri’s standards. If they continue like this, then a draw or a defeat seems like a likely outcome, so something needs to change.

How bad is Nkunku? Last game he missed 3 chances and scored a penalty and people wrote comments like he is Ronaldinho. He can’t win single duel, maybe is he plays against Primavera players he could. Every ball that goes towards him is lost instantly.

I love Milan but I hate this team, like watching a bunch of individuals with no idea how to play together. You would have no idea that CL qualification rode on this game. So painful to watch

His best stats were defensive ones. He isn’t anything in Milan, in Belgium he can play as a striker. That is the level of league.

Jashari is a dud, everyone can see it. 40M wasted on a guy that creates more chances for the opposing team than his team. If someone comes in with an offer of 30M he is out, 100%. He will get game time only if everyone else is injured, he is the worst player in Milan midfield.
Fair enough, thats what you think. The way i see it and i will not elaborate here, Jashari can be very good but again we can agree to disagree on that one. Ricci has played 31 matches and had no injury Jashari has played
13 matches and had a broken leg. If you have not okayed football at the high level then you will never undersrand this point.

From what I see Jashari is behind Ricci in the pecking order, he wouldn’t play today if Ricci didn’t get injured. I guess those people at Milan are also not football professionals at the highest level like me. Hope they bring you in soon. We need top guys like you. With actual knowledge and experience.
